Digital Printing
Spectrum specialises in short run printing services based around the Xerox DC700. We print a wide variety of products ranging from business cards, brochures, to adhesive labels and product catalogues. The in-line booklet maker is ideal for newsletters and multi-page documents. Digital offers high quality and fast turn around and is the ideal choice for small volumes and tight dead-lines. Our printers are also capable of PHOTOCOPING your documents in black and white of full colour up to A3. Our printing is complemented by a range of finishing services including folding, stapling,creasing wire binding and laminating .
Large Format Printing
Spectrums...inkjet printer lets us reproduce rich vibrant colours and deep blacks suitable for photographs, posters, banners, maps, charts, point-of-sale or window displays for indoor or outdoor use. Stunning quality and affordability. We can print on a range of media including matte, satin or gloss photo papers and canvas. The U.V. stabilised inks are fade resistant for up to 2 years outdoors and 90 years under ideal indoor conditions.
Offset Printing
Offset is the choice for fine text, clear images, strong colours and smooth gradients. It offers value for money for larger volumes, and has the ability to print on a wide range of stock. We offer a range of printing solutions for business stationery, flyers, brochures, booklets, catalogues through our franchise with PrintStop. To see the buying guide click here. Print Finishing
Spectrum can offer a variety of print finishing services..on-line stapling, hole punching and booklet making, laminating, binding, folding, cutting, creasing, perforating and padding.
Laminating
Spectrum can laminate up to 600mm wide and to the length required. Laminating is ideal for protecting and waterproofing posters and documents. We offer the option of matte or gloss. Gloss laminate enhances colour but its reflective surface may make a document difficult to read under bright light. Matte laminate reduces reflection but may dull colours.
Folding and Creasing
We offer automatic on-line folding, also off-line folding in a number of styles for paper lengths of 130mm to 430mm. Creasing is provided for greeting cards, folded business cards, menus etc ensuring a sharp fold free from cracking of the card.
Binding
We can bind your documents in wire or plastic comb with a clear cover and a card backing. Wire binding provides a robust, professional finish allowing the pages to lie flat and turn easily. We can bind up to 10mm of paper. Plastic comb binding is suited for documents which need to be rebound to make changes. Pages lie flat and turn easily. Both systems can bind A5, A4 and short edge A3.

Saddle Stitching
A method of booklet binding. Pages are folded and stapled through the spine. It is fast and economical.
Padding
Create notepads or forms, singe page or NCR (no carbon required) multiple copy. Pads provide easy to use tear-off forms, glued to a card base.
The usual number of leaves per pad is 40 - 100.

Spectrum also offers electric guillotine, trimming, hole-punching and perforating.
